Love to see this conversation with industry folks - it's my biggest focus in talking about non-alc in 2025. As exemplified in your interviews, and something I've talked about in multiple posts at The Luncheonette, non-alc makes the pie bigger for on-premise rather than depleting alcohol sales. Example: if my friend is drinking, but I'm not - we're going to a spot that has both options. Biggest opportunity in non-alc right now: dealcoholized wine for both on-premise and the wine industry.
